Mangopleberry Gingery Tea Smoothie/Smoothie Pops Recipe (non dairy)

White matcha tea, mangoes, pineapples, strawberries, ginger
 Ingredients
Red Leaf Tea (White Matcha) 1 Tbsp
Mango Chunks 10 OZ
Strawberries 8 OZ
Pineapple 3 OZ
Ginger (I broke off a piece from the top)
Ice Cubes

I combined everything in a blender, and poured the finished results in a cup. I then poured the rest into my popsicle maker and stored in the freezer.

Strawberries: Strawberries contain a high amount of nutrients, compared to other fruits. They help burn stored fat, boost short term memory, promote eye health, are high in fiber and low in calories.
Ginger: Ginger improves appetite, eases nausea, sore throats, and congestion. Plus pineapples and ginger go great together!
